Fun Facts - Coffee Shop Business Process

Welcome back to our fun facts!

Business processes are essential to how a coffee shop does business. Each component of the business process: activities, resources, facilities, and information, are extremely helpful in determining any relationships among different activities within a coffee shop.

For Grounds and Glory, we first seek coffee beans and alcohol from potential suppliers. Upon finding the best suppliers, a contract is signed and all terms are agreed upon prior to signing the contract. Customers come into our coffee shop everyday to order one or more of our famous freshly brewed coffees and interact with our employees, who provide the best friendly service to meet customers' needs.
